This game is provided by HCI Lab as an ad-supported application and is intended for use as is. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected and used when you use the app on Android and iOS.

What data may be processed

The app uses third-party SDKs for advertising and related measurement. These SDKs may automatically collect or receive certain information, depending on your device settings, permissions, and platform rules. This may include:

• Device information (model, OS version, language, network type)
• Approximate location (e.g., country/region inferred from IP; no precise GPS location)
• Advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID; iOS IDFA if you allow tracking; otherwise other signals may be used)
• App activity and interaction data (e.g., ad impressions, clicks, session events)
• Diagnostics (crash reports, performance data)

Important: Even if information is typically used in a pseudonymous way, some identifiers can still be considered personal data under certain laws (e.g., GDPR). For that reason, this policy avoids stating that data is “anonymous”.

Why it is processed

• To show ads and keep the app free
• To measure ad performance and prevent fraud
• To cap frequency and improve ad relevance where applicable
• To maintain and improve stability and performance

Third-party services (LevelPlay mediation)

The app uses LevelPlay (ironSource / Unity) mediation to serve ads. LevelPlay may work with multiple advertising partners (networks/bidders). These providers may process data according to their own policies and may act as independent controllers for the data they handle.

Note: The specific ad partners can change over time based on mediation configuration and availability.

Your choices

• Android: you can reset/limit the Advertising ID in your device settings.
• iOS: you can allow or deny tracking (App Tracking Transparency prompt, if shown) and manage tracking/ads preferences in iOS settings.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights such as access, deletion, objection, restriction, and withdrawal of consent. Because advertising data is primarily processed by third-party providers through LevelPlay, requests may need to be directed to those providers using their privacy policies and tools.

Data retention

The publisher does not intentionally keep a user-profile database. Retention periods for advertising/measurement data are determined by third-party providers under their policies.

Children

This app is not directed to children under the age of 13 and is not intended for their use.
